Decluttering is more than just tidying up; it's a powerful act of self-care that can significantly ease stress and depression. By creating a clutter-free environment, we invite a sense of calm and order into our lives, which can positively impact our mental well-being. Transitioning to a clutter-free home was nothing short of transformative. At first, I didn't realize how much the chaos in my surroundings was affecting my mood and stress levels. But once I began systematically decluttering each room, I felt a weight lift off my shoulders. Not only did my physical space become more inviting and serene, but my mind also felt clearer and more focused.
Completely agree Nancy and thank you for sharing how positive decluttering and organising has been for you.
