What's Next?

Please follow the steps below to make the most of the challenge

Check Your Email Inbox Regularly


Leading up to and each day of the challenge you will get information all about how it's going to work.

There's nothing more frustrating to us or you than signing up to a challenge and not receiving emails. Take a few quick steps to ensure our emails are sent to the right place and reach your inbox every time.

Gmail users – Add these emails to your Primary inbox.

On desktop: Go back to your main inbox, then click and drag one of our emails to the Primary tab.

On mobile: Click the three dots in the top right corner of one of our emails, then click Move To then Primary.

Apple mail users – Click on our email address in one of our emails and choose Add to Contacts or Add to VIPs.

Outlook users – Click the banner that says Click here to download pictures at the top of any of our emails then select Add Sender to Safe Senders list.

If you use another platform, just search for whitelisting in your email provider and some results should pop up to tell you how to do it.

Join Our Pop Up Facebook Group


We have a Facebook group to get you all working together and motivating each other. Don't worry if you're not on Facebook, you can still take part in lots of other areas of the challenge.
