  1. This podcast really resonated with me. I live a slow life. I find calm in being slow and taking time to enjoy life, and not having a lot if stuff. Too much stuff or too many obligations causes me so much stress. So i just learned to be really good at saying no. No thank you for that freebie that is just clutter. Saying no to too much stuff to do. I feel like i do need to continue to work on slowing down even though i feel like i am slow but i still feel i can do more. I do not believe that we can actually multitask, because you cannot give 100% to three tasks at one time.
