  1. Decluttering is more than just tidying up; it's a powerful act of self-care that can significantly ease stress and depression. By creating a clutter-free environment, we invite a sense of calm and order into our lives, which can positively impact our mental well-being. Transitioning to a clutter-free home was nothing short of transformative. At first, I didn't realize how much the chaos in my surroundings was affecting my mood and stress levels.
