[00:00:00] Ingrid: If you've been listening in to us for a while, you know we are not into any gimmicks when it comes to home organisation. But we do have a little list of things that we think are fantastic when it comes to organising your home. In this podcast, we're going to talk about the 10 things we can't live without when it comes to storage solutions.

[00:00:23] Lesley, I just said to you, episode 192, it's like, it's, we're, we're reaching 200. 

[00:00:31] Lesley: I know, we are. And somebody got in touch this week and said they started two weeks ago and they're up to episode 105, which is quite an undertaking.

[00:00:41] I don't even know how long that would take, but that's, that's fair enough. Like fair play to you for doing 105 episodes in two weeks. That's amazing. So if you are a binger or if you're a long time listener. You are very, very welcome. We love that you're here. And as Ingrid said, 192 episodes, we are veering very close to 200.

[00:00:59] I know. And so we're back with the 10 things, aren't we, Ingrid? And we love our 10 things. And very bravely, we said, 10 story solutions we cannot live without. Now, Ingrid, you don't have some of these in your house, so we know that you can. Clearly live without them, but everything on this list is one or all the rivers can't live 

[00:01:18] Ingrid: without them.

[00:01:19] Yeah. Yes. Yeah. I think it's fair to say that we both have our favorite things, you know, I mean, we're, we've got different lives, we've got different homes, we've got different amounts of space, but we are very like, okay, it has to really take a lot of boxes before we. Kind of think something is good enough to, to be in our house, right?

[00:01:40] Lesley: Yeah, because I think we've spent too long looking at useless storage solutions in clients homes and people, you know, you look at something, you believe the hype and you're like, Oh, that's going to change my actual life. And then it just doesn't because it doesn't fit, or it's not quite right, or it's a bit flimsy, or it's not fit for purpose, or it doesn't fit, you know.

[00:02:00] So there's a lot of storage solutions out there that look incredible, look as if they are going to change your life, but they absolutely don't. So we're all about keeping things simple, mostly, and adding things into your home that absolutely are going to enhance it and make the organisation bitter. I'm saying bitter, not bitter.

[00:02:16] That's her. That's 

[00:02:17] Ingrid: her. Well, definitely. Well, I'll start with a no brainer then. And also, it is just about free, which we like as well, isn't it, Lesley? Well, free depends on how you see free, but I mean, normally you would put it in recycling and you would not use it, but we're like... Do not throw these away because these are actually good.

[00:02:38] Lesley: Yeah, exactly. So we're talking about things that you get free, things you get from other things. And so things like iPhone or other phone boxes or iPad boxes or tablet boxes, or even all those kind of computery technical type boxes are fantastic 'cause they're normally really nicely put together. Quite often white and they are super sturdy because they've had electricals in them that need to be protected and these things are fantastic.

[00:03:04] You've got a top and a bottom. Normally, these things are fantastic for containerizing within drawers, aren't they? So I love an iPhone, Ingrid, you love an Android. We're not going to, you know, choose which is best, but they both have good sturdy boxes, don't they, which we can use within drawers. How do we use them, Ingrid?

[00:03:20] Ingrid: Well, I think they're perfect because first of all, they're rectangular, which I like because, or, or square, but mostly rectangle, which works really well in drawers. And they're just perfect to subcategorize small bits, especially in a home office or with a desk or something. There's always... Some small bits that you kind of want to not fly around in your drawers that you can perfectly put in a small little box.

[00:03:47] Lesley: They're like paperclips, drawing pins, kind of elastic bands, all those kind of things. They're perfect to go in these little iPhone boxes or if you want something bigger like an iPad box or something like that, a tablet type box, pens. You know, bits of paper, post it notes. We need this to be containerized so the stationery drawer doesn't get out of control.

[00:04:10] Yeah. Same principle goes in the kitchen and sometimes we might not use an iPhone the kitchen typically plastic works better. You can use Tupperware containers, takeaway containers in your kitchen drawers as well. To containerize things within that. So it doesn't always have to be something that you buy.

[00:04:26] Utilize what you've got. That does not mean to say keep every box that you've ever owned. This is the danger. We're like, oh, that box is useful. That box is useful. They're not always useful. So don't keep everything. But just know some things are going to be useful while you're going through. Decluttering journey.

[00:04:41] If you've decluttered your kitchen, you've containerized it, there is then no need to keep these excess boxes. That's the time to declutter them, isn't it Ingrid? Well, 

[00:04:48] Ingrid: I've got the perfect example for you, Lesley, about a not so useful box because I was actually working with a client last week and I needed a kind of shoe box size and she had one.

[00:04:58] I was like, Oh yes! And then I realized the lid, it was one of those trainer boxes where the lid is stuck to the box. I was like, oh, yeah, yeah. That's no use, that's no use. I, I'm like, I'm looking for a box that you can take the lid off because then you can slide it under or you can use it for something else.

[00:05:15] But when the lid is attached to the box, which I a lot of trainer kind of boxes have. Yeah, yeah, yeah. No point. Like, declutter it, we don't need it. You can go into recycling. It's like, oh, perfect box not being used, but we're not going to keep it because. It's no point. So that goes with exactly what you were saying, Lesley.

[00:05:34] It does. Now 

[00:05:35] Lesley: let's go to number two, which is absolutely, I could not possibly ever in my entire life live without this. So this is definitely. Something I can't live without. Which is the lovely collapsible crates. Now everyone's like, what's a collapsible crate? So basically it's a plastic crate. They're not like super, super strong, but they fold down flat.

[00:05:58] And so that when you're not using them, you can kind of put them away or you can keep 10 in the same space that you would in a normal box. I use this all the time in the process of decluttering. I use them in, they fit perfectly in wardrobe shelves. They often fit into kitchen cupboards and they can go into awkward spaces into corner cupboards in kitchens.

[00:06:20] I can use them underneath, under stairs because they stack. I can't say enough about collapsible crates. Honestly, Ingrid, I do think that I am in love with them. They only cost about three pounds to like four or five dollars wherever you are in the world, you know, so they're kind of low cost as well.

[00:06:38] Sometimes they break so they don't. They're always there for life, but a lifelong box because lifelong boxes, you might have to spend 20 or 30 pounds on the same thing. Collapsible crate takes lots of boxes for 

[00:06:51] Ingrid: me. I have them as well. Actually. I've got a couple of them. I don't use them as frequently as you do.

[00:06:57] I know of your love for a collapsible crate. I was actually thinking, cause I was talking to a client the other day and I just thought. Shit, we could really do with a stack of collectible boxes because, uh, collectible crates because I think when you've got high Volumes of stuff in a room it can really help you when you're sorting it through and you can kind of stack them on top Of each other not ten on top of each other, please Let's keep health and safety in mind but you can stack a couple when you do that properly and I thought that would really help with Using the height of a room when you're trying to create space to do some sorting.

[00:07:34] So yeah, I was thinking about you. I mean, I think about you all the time, Lesley, because we like to work together, like 24 seven. But yeah, my 

[00:07:45] Lesley: love of collapsible crates is my love of collapsible crates. Bigger than my love for you, Ingrid. This is the question. What are you think?

[00:07:56] Ingrid: I know right. Let's go on to the next one, which is, I think that's the one I from this list is my favorite. I love an L folder. Now, for those of you who don't know what L folders are, these are little plastic folders that are open on the. Side and the top and closed on the side and the bottom so you can slide in paperwork really easily, whether it's on your desk, whether it's in a filing system, whether it's in a filing cabinet, whether it's in your in tray, whether you have a stack of random papers, you want to create some sense in order to it.

[00:08:33] An L folder is a thing that makes me incredibly happy.

[00:08:40] Lesley: People are going to switch off and go, wow, these girls are like declaring their love for these 

[00:08:45] Ingrid: things. It's a little bit crazy. But yeah, the reason why they're 

[00:08:49] Lesley: called L folders, if you imagine the letter L, they would be closed where the L is and open on the opposite side. If that makes sense. If you want to see any of these things, they're all in our declutter hub shop, because clearly we can't live without them.

[00:09:01] So go to the shop and you will. See exactly what you mean. Ingrid will link to all this after in the show notes as well. So you'd be able to see them and link directly from that. If you're like, what are they talking about? We have no idea. The reason why we love an L folder more than any other plastic folder is because there are no barriers that, and so.

[00:09:18] If, if folders are closed on three sides, it's a bit awkward to work with them and it slows you down and we don't want anything that slows you down or creates barriers when you're decluttering. So an L folder is one of our favorite things and we both have the love 

[00:09:32] Ingrid: for an L folder. Yeah. And I think one of the favorite things as well is that you can label them.

[00:09:36] Yes. So if you've got a label maker, they stick on really well. It's, they're just amazing. They're just like one of the best things ever invented and you don't need that. Things . Well, I mean more than the light bulb 

[00:09:49] Lesley: or the car 

[00:09:51] Ingrid: or the telephone. . Well, you know that I love sorting paperwork and I do that a lot, so I think it's always like essential equipment.

[00:10:01] Anyway, before this kind of goes completely off track, this whole conversation, let's go to number four, which I think is an interesting one because it is coat hooks or coat racks, but more, yeah. Or like a thing with like five hooks on it that you can put boats on and other stuff Yes, 

[00:10:19] Lesley: definitely one that attaches to the wall would be our favorite.

[00:10:22] We're not big fans of round coat racks, are we? Because they kind of bulk out and you can't really find what you need. So we like coat hooks or racks that attach to a wall. And we like as many of them as you can get on. Because what we don't want is this kind of horrendous mass of coats where you've got to dig underneath.

[00:10:43] And so the more coat hooks that you can have in a hallway, 

[00:10:47] Ingrid: the better. Yeah. Yeah. And I think people always underestimate. I mean, we are in a climate. We need to have different coats at hand because, you know, it can be sunny and rainy and cold and hot and all in one day here sometimes. So you can't just say, Oh, we'll just have the one pretty, you know, three hooks with, you know, when we, with a family of four or five, you're going to need lots and lots of hooks because people come in with all of their stuff and their hoodies and the rain jackets and their Macs and their.

[00:11:18] Winter coats and their scarves and and it's it needs to go somewhere and if there's no place for it to go It gets dumped somewhere on a on a banister on a on a chair on a sofa in your living room Whatever if there's no place for something to go it gets dumped It 

[00:11:37] Lesley: drives me insane, insane. I'm like, I've literally got co hooks everywhere and you still put your stuff on the back of the chair in the kitchen.

[00:11:48] Please stop.

[00:11:55] Do you can hang it? There's four coat hanging. Put it there. Don't put 

[00:11:59] Ingrid: it. But I've just come in, but you've just walked past. The actual place 

[00:12:04] Lesley: for coats. Don't get me started. Now the one thing that I would say about coat hooks is don't go crazy on the money that you spend on coat hooks because they're covered as soon as you put a coat on them.

[00:12:15] And so there's all these beautiful, like, designer coat hooks which look incredible, but they look incredible. When there's no coats on them, don't they? Because they're covered once you put a coat on them. And so honestly, you can buy simple coat hooks. They need to be strong. They need to have a couple of things, a top and a bottom, not just one.

[00:12:33] Ideally, you know, I mean, at the top of the hook and Put as many as you can, as many, because it's nicer to have fewer coats on the hooks rather than loads of them. Yeah. Yeah, don't go crazy on the, on the, on the coat hook design would be my advice. 

[00:12:48] Ingrid: Yeah, good point. Good point. Um, let's move on to the next one, Lesley, because that's kind of an interesting one as well.

[00:12:55] It's a baking tray holder. You have one of those, haven't you? I 

[00:13:01] Lesley: do, and it is one of my favorite things that I have actually, because baking trays in general in the kitchen are a faff, aren't they? You know, they kind of, you can't really stack them, they're all different sizes, some of them are a bit wonky, you know, they don't fit inside each other, like pans quite often fit.

[00:13:16] Inside each other quite nicely baking trays typically do not because we're a master over several years. And what what the, the baking tray holder is is something that will put your baking trays upright and hold them vertically, rather than horizontally. And so they kind of come. Not containerized, but they keep things together in a way that you can then slide them out.

[00:13:36] Very simple solution will cost you less than 10, 10, whatever that, whatever the currency is in your thing. Just imagine what that might be in your currency. It's kind of cheap and it's a really good solution for keeping things upright. You can also use them for pan lids as well. Can't you Ingrid? So it doesn't need to be restricted to just baking trays.

[00:13:55] I also, because I'm not really a big baker, meaning we're not big bakers, we've said that before, but I do have a couple of things that just sit there for like years, never use basically because my daughter, if it was up to me, I would just get rid of them. I'm never going to bake a Victoria sponge, never in my entire life.

[00:14:12] Am I going to bake a Victoria sponge, but my daughter might. And so I've got one of those. Spring form pan tray thing. And it'll, that will fit in there as well. So it keeps that upright as well. So 

[00:14:24] Ingrid: it's so lovely. I actually found I'm working with a client and I found one of those baking tray holders that she bought years and years before and said, Oh, I've not, I'm not going to need this.

[00:14:34] I'm going to declutter that way. Whoa, no, no, no. This is actually really good. But she couldn't find the right cupboard. So we actually had to declutter a cupboard that I thought like a drawer, but quite high, quite deep. And I went, let's try the baking tray holder in here. And then let's find all the baking trays that were in scattered in different places, because I've just started working with her.

[00:14:58] It was perfect. I'm like, it's just perfect. You know, this is, it was exactly the right size for the right drawer for the right stuff. We then found all the different baking trays and said, let's declutter some of these because there were too many because they were in different places. I love it.

[00:15:14] Absolutely love it. 

[00:15:15] Lesley: God, I think I've converted you to that, haven't I? I don't think you knew about that before you met me, 

[00:15:24] Ingrid: did you? I do get out occasionally, Lesley, to a shop. I know I don't shop a lot, but I do. I knew about these, I think, before you told me, but I think how good it is. I think you've really kind of said, you can use it for this and that.

[00:15:36] And I think I was like, yeah, that's really good. Definitely. Right. So let's see, that's the first five done. Let's have a little break because we've got another five stored solutions. We can't live without after the break.

[00:15:49] Welcome back, everybody. Let's move on swiftly to number six, which is a utensil drawer divider. 

[00:15:58] Lesley: Yes, very important. You know, utensil drawers, you know the things that have got your spaghetti thing in them and your plastic slotted spoons and your rolling pin and your, that kind of utensils, those awkward things that you're never quite sure.

[00:16:12] If you have them in a drawer, it is essential, you've got some kind of divider in those drawers. Now we're not talking about little dividers because these utensils are big and so it's quite difficult to find a good one but they are out there. Um, make sure you've got quite big sections in them and maybe think about dividing.

[00:16:30] So typically I will divide my stainless steel stuff together. I have all my wooden spoons together. I have like little, um, I've got clips for bags and things, you know, like clips that you would use on plastic bags. Click things together. I have those in a little section. So it's good if you can find something like that, but do divide it to try and keep some order in those jaws.

[00:16:50] Otherwise it just become a big jumble. Don't the angry. 

[00:16:52] Ingrid: Yeah, definitely. And if you're going to buy something like this, definitely make sure you measure. What is the width? What is the depth? What is the height? So, because you can really misjudge an item when you're in the shop thinking, Oh yeah, that will easily fit.

[00:17:08] And then you come home and you're like, wow, that doesn't fit at all. So make sure you do some measuring when you buy something like this. But yeah, very handy, very handy. Definitely. 

[00:17:19] Lesley: And now on to number seven. Number seven already, Ingrid. And so, I love to, A, have not that many cleaning products. Most important and B, have a kind of caddy or a box to be able to transport those around or containerize them in my under sink cupboard.

[00:17:39] So it doesn't necessarily need to be carry caddy. Mine's actually a box. It hasn't got that kind of middle bit that goes up. Does that make sense? Yeah, yeah, yeah. You know what I'm talking about, don't you? The kind of like, so they kind of go around and you can carry them. I actually have a normal box that I can carry around and I feel I can fit more into it, but I think it's really useful to be able to carry your cleaning products around your house.

[00:18:01] Ingrid: Yeah, I've got an, uh, an empty bucket, Lesley, because I've got one like that and it's, I've had it for years and years and years. It's big, I mean, super random, but how, how, how does that happen? But yeah, it's, it's really helpful. I've got mine in not under my sink, but in my little utility cupboard, everything together, everything that I would need to do a cleaning job around the house.

[00:18:24] I keep in there and I can just grab it and I know I've got the right stuff with me and I don't have to kind of go back up and down all the time to get the right thing. And I think that's why we like it, don't we? Yeah, 

[00:18:35] Lesley: and I think the important thing is that you can get all of your cleaning stuff into one place rather than having...

[00:18:41] This perfect caddy looking thing that you've got where it's, you can maybe only fit five or six things, which might not be enough for your, for what you want to do clean. I mean, if you're a cleaner and you like loads of different things and that's not going to work, but if like us, you keep it to a minimum, um, and that's what obviously we would advise, then perhaps think about changing it from a caddy into just a standard box or a bucket or something.

[00:19:03] We're all about. Using what you've got, you don't need to go out and buy fancy things, but these things are useful. It's all about that containerization, isn't it Ingrid? Yes, absolutely. 

[00:19:12] Ingrid: Lesley. So let's move on then to number eight, which is a wrapping paper box. I'm saying this slowly because it can be a really tongue twister, I think.

[00:19:23] Lesley: Yeah, and not everyone's got space for this, but if you do, and you can get the right box, it can be a little game changer, can't it? So you can buy these things readily from Amazon or other storage solution places. So they're kind of low boxes, but long, long enough. for a big piece of wrapping paper, because of course, some wrapping paper is huge, isn't it?

[00:19:45] Like really long and some is shorter. So think about the size of the box. I've got mine downstairs in my basement, really useful, but I've got all of my rolls of wrapping paper, birthday, Christmas. And I also put gift bags in the top of that as well on top of the wrapping paper. And it's really nice to be able to.

[00:20:02] To have it all together so you can just pull the box out when you want to do some wrapping, you can keep everything together and then you can just put it away again, because it is a problem. We find so much random wrapping paper around people's houses, and it's just an awkward thing to store so if you can get a box, and you can fit a box they will slot under the bed, they'll slot under sofas quite often, things like that.

[00:20:23] Go on the top of wardrobes, down in basements, really useful, mine's got a lid on it. What do you use? for your wrapping paper, Ingrid. 

[00:20:32] Ingrid: Well, I've got a little, um, long plastic bag that I use, but this wrapping paper box has been in, in my, in my view, because I see them there. They're not cheap. They're quite expensive to buy.

[00:20:45] But I, but I'm very careful. So I don't fling my wrapping paper in, in my cupboards and I don't put stuff onto it. And I think that's one of the reasons why I really like a wrapping paper box because it wrapping paper is very easily crumbled and damaged, isn't it? And when you've got it in a box, you've got it.

[00:21:05] Crumbling or getting damaged because then you need to throw it away because it doesn't look nice. So I'm quite careful with how I store it, but if I wouldn't be, you know, that would be the first thing on my, on my radar to, to advise people to buy because otherwise if it gets damaged, you can't use it anymore, which is then a waste.

[00:21:24] So then it's worth the investment, especially people who love to wrap and gift and all of those kinds of things. 

[00:21:30] Lesley: And I think it's really important because wrapping paper again is something that people can get completely out of hand in terms of the amounts and the volumes that you've got. So I think by keeping everything together in one box you've got a real handle on what you've got, and you don't overbuy which is the danger when it's not all together.

[00:21:47] You know, we find wrapping papers, stuff at the back of wardrobes, behind sofas, just randomly in offices, in bedrooms, in kids beds, you know what I mean? Because people. Take the wrap into secret places to wrap, don't they? And that's why it ends up a little bit out of control. So trying to keep all these things together is super, super useful.

[00:22:05] So we love a wrapping paper box. So Ingrid, queen of clean, tell us your number nine. 

[00:22:12] Ingrid: Yes, it is a wall mounted organiser. They're normally, they kind of remind me of coat racks, but they're not for coats. They're more for like. And they're like broom holders, but you can do them like perfectly in your garage when you've got a lot of, um, rakes and things like that, but you also have them that you can put them in your utility room or in your understairs cupboard and you can hang things like.

[00:22:38] Swiffers and mobs and kind of things that are like sticks that you want to kind of get off the floor because they always Tumble over and they get it's always a bit of a hazard, isn't it? Things falling out Yeah. And the nice 

[00:22:54] Lesley: thing, if you put mops on that, then the mops will dry out as well. So that's good.

[00:22:57] So you don't have damp mops. Um, I also use mine. So I've got one in my kind of utility room. I also put, and I've got one of those vacuum cleaners with a big hose on it. Yeah. So I actually put the hose of it into it. So the vacuum cleaner sits on the floor and the hose. So it keeps the hose nicely. away from so it doesn't all collapse all over the floor.

[00:23:17] So I knew that because they're completely flexible. So the holders for them sort of like molds to the size of the broom or the mop or the hose or whatever. And so they're really useful and probably, I don't know, 10 to 20 pounds. I would say that kind of price, so not crazy, but we'll get things off the floor and we'll really tidy things up for you.

[00:23:40] Yeah. So I love mine. And when I'm working with clients, quite often they don't have them. Some people are lucky. They've got like cupboards, um, in their, um, kitchens for these kinds of things. But even if you've got a cupboard in your kitchen, you can still mount them on the inside of your cupboard as well.

[00:23:54] They go on the back of doors, you know, so, so they're quite useful. So do. Look out for those because they are a fantastic story solution. I've just realized we've not got one of those in our shop. Maybe 

[00:24:03] Ingrid: we need to put one in. Yes! That's a 

[00:24:07] Lesley: good idea. Why have we not got one of those? You know, put 

[00:24:09] Ingrid: that down, write that down, Ingrid.

[00:24:09] I know, I know. It's like, okay, this is like a job. She's giving me a job. This is a job for Ingrid, yes. Find... Find a Walmart organiser for the shop. Written it down, going to happen. Well done. Good idea. Good idea. Right, let's go to the last one, Lesley. It's, it's, it's, it's flying by. 10 storage solutions we can't live without.

[00:24:31] Number 

[00:24:31] Lesley: 10. I feel like this is one for you, you being Dutch and all, you know, what's the big thing about Dutch people that everyone thinks about apart from maybe tulips? I don't know. Is that what it, what do you think? Do you think it's tulips? Do you think it's bikes? Uh, 

[00:24:46] Ingrid: I think windmills will probably come first and cheese, but yeah, bikes, I think those are like the top four, five of Dutch things.

[00:24:54] And it is true. I, as most of you know, I am Dutch. Dutch people have an amazing amount of bikes. I mean, I think I was one time in my sister's garage and I counted like 11 bikes. I mean, they are with five people and I'm like, what are you doing with 11 bikes? But of course there's mountain bikes and city bikes and bikes for when you want to go racing and bikes for when the kids are little.

[00:25:20] Incredible amount of bikes. I think, I mean, I live, I'm living now in the UK, but I think I still have about seven bikes in my garage and we hardly cycle. We try to cycle as much as we can, but Dutch people just, lots of us love bikes. I can't deny it. 

[00:25:36] Lesley: And of course, the big thing that they've got in Holland, if they've got good spaces to store these bikes, because Bikes are everywhere.

[00:25:44] And so we need to recreate that in our own homes because when we're, when we're working, you know, typically when we're working in garages, um, could be a basement if you've got access to, um, for back storage in the basement, bikes were a little bit tricky to store and to keep upright. And so they end up being like shoved altogether against a wall.

[00:26:01] And then when you come to get the bike out, you've got to move five other bikes to get to it. And so really what we want to do is we want to make it as easy as possible for us to use the bikes, whether this is or scooters or anything like that. And so what we need to do is we need to do something that keeps the bikes up right now.

[00:26:16] Sometimes people have stands, you know, them little things where it sort of stands up right on its own, but often bikes don't have that. And so there are little things that you can buy where you can almost slot the front wheel into a stand, which is either wall mounted or floor mounted. And what that does is it keeps your bike upright and it puts them nicely, nicely orderly stacked side by side, doesn't it?

[00:26:39] And so we love. Bike organiser on, honestly, if you've got loads of bikes or scooters or anything like that, it can be life changing. Maybe life, maybe life change is a bit strong. Is it strong? Yeah, it's too 

[00:26:52] Ingrid: strong, but it is true. I mean, when they, when there's a lot of bikes, even if it's one bike and it doesn't have a stand, it just tips over.

[00:26:59] You need to rest it. You need to rest it against something all the time. And it's so much easier to be able to hang it on a wall or slot it in, in a. In a bike stand, because it prevents all that awkwardness of things falling over. And bikes are, you know, some of them are quite heavy and you can hurt yourself, you know, with your, with your toes or your hands.

[00:27:19] So, or get hit by a saddle in your knee or something. It does hurt. 

[00:27:25] Lesley: Exactly. So England, 10 storage solutions we cannot possibly. In the, in the world, live 

[00:27:33] Ingrid: without, and 

[00:27:36] Lesley: you will see from that list that they are quite simple. I think they're quite simple solutions. There's no, there's no fancy schmancy things and organising things and scarf holders and all that.

[00:27:47] We all have fantastic solutions that we have found along the years that work for us. But in general, our advice is keep it simple, use what you've got. And if you are going to invest in something, it needs to be something that's really quite simple and it's going to absolutely do the job for which it was intended.
