We're Ingrid and Lesley, founders of The Declutter Hub.
We love helping people navigate the emotional and practical challenges of clearing clutter.
We live, eat and breathe decluttering. In our eyes, the less clutter there is in people's homes, the better.

Here's what we'll be covering each day...
DAY 1 - KITCHEN KICKSTART
A KITCHEN has to work hard with all life throws at it. We need it to work like clockwork and that doesn't happen when there are piles and piles of clutter on worksurfaces and in cupboards. Let's KICKSTART Day 1 with decluttering and organising strategies and tips you may never have thought of - all designed so your kitchen can become a welcoming hub of your home.
BUT if we want to have success with our decluttering, we need to be KIND to ourselves. This is an emotional journey with decision after decision to be made. So, let's explore the debilitating and negative emotions that hold us back from decluttering success.
DAY 2 - BATHROOM BLITZ
BATHROOMS have to work hard for their place. Constant to-ing and fro-ing means a general busyness that can lead to chaos if it's not kept under control. So let's talk about some things we can do to BLITZ that bathroom.
BUT before we even get started with any decluttering at all, we need to work out a plan and most importantly some GOALS. So let's look at setting some goals to get your project started on the right foot.
DAY 3 - BEDROOM BONANZA
BEDROOMS should be a safe haven, a sanctuary, a place for rest and calm but so often they are piled up with clothes everywhere so it's everything but. Our thoughts and worries take over. What if I need them again one day, what if I lose weight, what if they come back into fashion, what if I regret decluttering them? It's so very very hard to make the right decisions so let's give you some tried and tested formulas to create that bedroom BONANZA.
BUT there are so many what if's and powerful emotions in the decluttering world. We need to understand and work through them so we are comfortable with the CHOICES we are making.
DAY 4 - REALISTIC ROUTINES
We've tackled thoughts, we've tackled rooms but how do we keep the clutter at bay? Decluttering is a process not a project and we need to work hard to maintain it. So, let's talk about day by day resets and ROUTINES. Let's take the mystery out of how to keep your homes tidy, decluttered and running like clockwork. We'll share how we do it in our own homes so you can have the decluttered home of your dreams.
BUT our decluttering journey needs a big heavy dose of REALISM. We need to be realistic about what our current life looks like day to day so we embrace living in and focusing on the present and not in the past or future. Keeping it real is our motto at the Declutter Hub so let's talk about exactly what we mean by that.
DAY 5 - DILEMMA DEEP DIVE
Every home is different. Every person is different. Everyone's level of tolerance is different. So you will undoubtedly have questions about YOUR situation. On Day 5, we will dive deep into all your questions about your home and the emotions you are struggling with to ensure you have what you need to start your decluttering projects with gusto.

How long you spend decluttering is up to you. An hour a day during the challenge is more than enough.

When does the challenge start?
The challenge begins on Monday 23rd September and runs for 5 days plus a Monday wrap up.
How long are the sessions?
Each live session will last just over an hour.
How long do I need to dedicate each day?
The live sessions are just over an hour and then your homework will take up to an hour. You can do as little or as much decluttering as you like. But don't forget, Rome wasn't built in a day! If you fall behind at all, you can have access for 6 months by buying our All Access Pass for $10, so no panic.
Where do I find the live sessions?
Our live sessions are on our website and we will send you all the information you need when you sign up.

What if I'm not on Facebook?
Our Pop Up Facebook Group is there for you to enhance your journey by being motivated by your fellow members and their progress. You can choose to join the group even if you don't wish to post or there's no need to join at all. It's entirely your choice. All the Live sessions, workbooks and bonus material are done on our website and not on Facebook.
Do I need to be on camera?
No, it will just be Ingrid and Lesley on camera but you will be able to chat to other challengers online.
I struggle with fatigue. Will this be too much for me?
Not at all, the whole challenge is set up so you can work at your own pace.
I'm not very technical, do I need to download anything?
All the live sessions are super easy to work with and we are always on hand if you have any issues.
What's the cost?
The challenge is completely free but you will have the option to purchase the replays which you will have access to for 6 months. Our All Access Pass costs $10 and is available here
Can I catch up on replay?
