Episode 336 – Why community is important to mental health with Rock Choir founder, Caroline Redman Lusher

Lesley and I are lucky enough to be at the helm of a fantastic, ever-growing community that promotes positive mental health and wellbeing through the practice of decluttering and organising your home. And that is something we are incredibly proud of. But long term listeners of this podcast will have heard us mention we are also a proud part of another brilliant community too. Lesley, our assistant Ros and I are all longstanding members of a fantastic community that has singing at its heart and that is Rock Choir. Over the ten or more years that we have been singing our little hearts out, we have seen the power of community and the impact that has on thousands and thousands of people every week. We are incredibly excited today to welcome the leader of Rock Choir, Caroline Redman Lusher, MBE, onto the podcast to explain why a community of people with a common goal is so powerful and particularly when it comes to promoting positive mental health.
