Episode 339 – A developing ADHD Journey with Lesley’s son, Luke

It’s the end of Ingrid and Lesley week and our last deep dive into mine and Ingrid’s life outside of the Declutter Hub. We’ve saved the best till last and I can say that because today I’m talking to my eldest son Luke. Now Luke has already featured on the podcast a couple of times before but he’s back by popular demand. Today we are talking all about Luke’s recent housemove and how that all worked out once he factored in his ADHD which he spoke about with us back in 2023.
