Meet Katie

Katie is calm, friendly and supportive, with a real love of detail. She’s often the first point of contact for a brand new Clutter Fairy client, so she knows exactly how to put someone at ease and understand what’s really troubling them.

Katie has been on Lesley’s Clutter Fairy team for over ten years and now manages the whole team of ten organisers alongside Lesley, while still working with clients herself. Before organising, she worked in banking and project management, so she’s brilliant at turning a big, wobbly project into steps that actually happen.

Meet Lucy

Lucy is bubbly, ever positive and brings brilliant energy to everything she does, as anyone who has joined one of her Success Sessions will know. She’s honest and straightforward in the kindest possible way, and she’s wonderfully encouraging and supportive.

Lucy joined the Clutter Fairy team at 27 as Lesley’s youngest ever Clutter Fairy, and describes herself as having an old head on young shoulders. She’s been a professional organiser for over five years, and before that worked as a nanny, putting organisational systems in place in lots of different homes.

Katie and Lucy are the friendly faces and hosts of our Success Sessions, so they know the Inner Hub inside out, and they totally get what you’re working towards.

Between them, they've worked in hundreds of homes with hundreds of clients. Every week they also host accountability calls with Clutter Fairy clients, so they know exactly where people get stuck, whatever kind of home you live in.

The Inner Hub is our baby so we've become pretty discerning in deciding who passes the Ingrid and Lesley test. These two sailed through.
